PRINCIPAL of the Honourable Society of Gray\u2019s Inn, attended King\u2019s College, lagos (1948-1953), and University College, London University, London (1956-1959). He was called to the English Bar on the 9th February 1960 and admitted to the Nigerian Bar on the 16th September 1960. He has been in practice ever since, save for the period of almost eight years when he was the Federal Government Commissioner for Works and Housing (May 1967 to December 1974). He resumed legal practice in January 1975, and soon thereafter founded the legal firm of Femi Okunnu & Co. He was in July 1992, elevated to the coveted rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in recognition of his distinguished career at the Bar. Alhaji Femi Okunnu, S.A.N., CON, was first elected to the Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association in 1963 and remained a member till 1967. He also served as a member of The General Council of the Bar, 1966-1967. Alhaji Okunnu was the Editor of the Nigerian Bar Journal, an annual journal of the Bar Association between the periods 1964-1967. Dr. Abby Olushola, LL.B (Premier University, Ibadan, Nigeria), BL (Abuja, Nigeria), LL.M (Dundee, Scotland) Solicitor of England and Wales (OXILP, Oxford), MBA (Cambridge, United Kingdom), is a Nigerian, Barrister and Solicitor specialist in corporate and commercial law, data governance, data mining, and environmental, social, governance. She is a philanthropist, a founder of a global Not for Profit, headquarters in USA to particularly invest in Africa to assist people of deprived backgrounds, supporting with reducing poverty, in the long run eradicating extreme poverty through women and youths empowerment, the provision of training in artificial intelligence, blockchain, food security, basic amenities, and aid in education,health, science and technology, delivering support through sustainable development goals. She has honoured a few invitations as a guest speaker on Environmental Sustainability Governance and Compliance topics at different legal events and UK universities. She is also a specialist taxation and finance legal practitioner having undergone several trainings on taxation and finance in law, and obtaining a Masters degree in Energy Taxation and Finance. She has also successfully concluded tax advisory for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) London office, and has worked on project-financing agreements regarding the TSKJ transaction, which was a turn-key contractor to the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas, Bonny, Rivers State. She has at one time acted as a consultant with the secretary of Section on Public Interest and Development Law (SPIDEL) of the Nigerian Bar Association on Legal and Regulatory Framework for the pending Pipeline Vandalism Bill in Nigeria. She has handled and supervised the review and drafting of bulk purchase agreements involving the Pipeline and Products Marketing Company Limited (PPMC) Abuja and several major and independent contractors under the company secretarial administration of Prince Haruna Momoh. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), Energy Institute UK, and Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN – Europe & Africa Chapter).<\/p>\n
